Not only do they treat my pets with care and concern, they are so patient with my questions and worries as a pet mom! Their care is excellent! It is obvious to me they are passionate about animals and it shows in the way they treat my pets. I have no hesitation about recommending Parkwood to anyone looking for a veterinary care.

Fantastic care for my dog. They came to the car to get my dog, they explained what was going to be done and what the process would be after my pet was seen. My dog is anxious and they took good care of her. 5 stars!

A couple of yrs. ago my son had to let his Jack Russell named Zeus go. Zeus was treated at Parkwood for his needs thru the yrs. When the time came to let him go due to heart problems there was nothing that could be done. Zeus was a marvelous dog. Smart beyond words. He was my sons best friend and like a child to him. My son was a grown man when he got Zeus. And had him for 15 yrs. All of them wonderful. I have entrusted Parkwood Animal Hospital with the care of my 4 dogs and cannot say enough about the level of care we receive there. My babies have been seen by all of the doctors and each one of them is excellent!!! They are caring, compassionate and competent!!! In addition to the doctors being beyond capable, the staff is just as good! When it came time to say goodbye to two of our loved ones this year, Dr. Bachynsky and Dr. Stehouwer were so very compassionate and caring! Parkwood is the best!!!

Thank you Stephanie and Dr Segura for a great check up day for my Senior dog, Belle! She is a nervous little girl but loves y'all so much! We will see y'all back on April 5 for her dental day! Look forward to seeing Dr Clark too! My other 2 dogs love y'all too! Thank goodness Dr Stehouwer for this BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL veterinary care center! Best in Galveston County

When it was time to say goodbye to our 9 year old Great Pyrenees, the entire procedure was done with compassion, caring and professionalism that would rival any hospital care in Houston. The vets here are all professional, thorough in their exams and factual. My dog had cancer and it was devastating but we had our last great day together and the next day was quick and painless for our big boy whom I do not believe suspected anything out of the ordinary when his regular vet Dr. Clark administered the meds. My wife and I have been bringing our 3 cats to Parkwood Animal Hospital for the last 10 years. We have never had a bad experience here. Our cats have been attended to by almost all of the doctors and all of them, including the staff, are very professional and courteous. We have never waited too long to be seen or felt that we were not given adequate time and information regarding our pets.

We recently moved from the Dallas area and was concerned about finding another vet that would be just as good as our was in the Dallas area. One of our doggies wouldn't stop licking her paws causing major inflammation. I called and spoke to Samantha and she scheduled us an appointment right away. Dr. "S" was amazing and took time to answer all of my questions. They know my pet by name when we walk in the door. The medical staff is knowledge and actually care about my pet. The front desk ladies are the nicest I have met. We are blessed to have them as our veterinary team.
