This clinic was recommended to me by one of my neighbors for our new rescue puppy. I had made an appointment for later in the week to get her next round of puppy shots but she has been having really itchy skin lately and I called this morning and they worked us in in the afternoon to see Dr. Becker. We really liked Dr. Becker and all of the staff at the clinic. We were worked in but they took a lot of time to meet with us and answer our questions. Took three cats for checkups and two of them got labeled overweight. The vet on duty gave us some good advice about modifications to their diet and two different vet techs, Jill and Amanda, went above and beyond following the appointment emailing back and forth with me, answering questions and helping me figure out what to feed them and how much. I doubt many vet offices would have spent that much time and effort on a client after being paid

Always a professional and welcoming atmosphere. My dogs and cats all go here as well as my parents' pets. They even get groomed here, kenneled here, and loved here! The receptionists are patient and helpful. The techs are knowledgeable and kind. And each of the vets is fantastic as well! And the boarding staff seems to really care about my fur kids. I took my dog here to get neutered and microchipped by Dr. Bachynsky, as he has been to Parkwood for all his other needs like shots and heart worm. Every single time I visit, the entire staff is extremely professional and you can tell they truly care about the animals they are seeing. My dog can be a little standoffish to strangers, but he's really taken to the vet techs he sees and always comes home a happy camper. I would recommend this veterinarian office to anyone in the area.

My poor dog had an unfortunate experience with a rose bush that left his ear split open and bleeding uncontrollably. I tried to take him to my usual vet and not only would they not see us they wouldn't even tell me what I could do to help stop the bleeding until we could go somewhere else! Luckily we live close to Parkwood and decided to go over there and see what we could do. They were awesome! Dr. Clark and the rest of the staff were so kind and competent. I feel that the prices are reasonable. I know my puppy is in good hands at Parkwood Animal Hospital!

Dr Bachiniski is new to Parkwood but I had seen her at another animal hospital and followed her to here. She is the best vet my animals have ever had! Everyone from the front desk employees to the techs were extremely nice and caring. Highly recommend!

Service was great, the wait was hell. I get annoyed when I see no one else in the office and I'm still waiting for a room for over 20 minutes. The technician was really nice and didn't make me feel like a terrible pet owner for opting out of some "recommended" tests/routines/vaccines.

I love this place! As a new client I was so very impressed with the staff and the veterinarian. My little princess was so calm and felt just fine getting all her shots. I am so glad I found a great place to take my animals.
