Dr Bachiniski is new to Parkwood but I had seen her at another animal hospital and followed her to here. She is the best vet my animals have ever had! Everyone from the front desk employees to the techs were extremely nice and caring. Highly recommend!

Service was great, the wait was hell. I get annoyed when I see no one else in the office and I'm still waiting for a room for over 20 minutes. The technician was really nice and didn't make me feel like a terrible pet owner for opting out of some "recommended" tests/routines/vaccines.

I love this place! As a new client I was so very impressed with the staff and the veterinarian. My little princess was so calm and felt just fine getting all her shots. I am so glad I found a great place to take my animals.

I have two dogs that have been here frequently and the service has always been professional and friendly. Have not used the boarding service but general vet care is great

So far, our little pup has seen Dr. Clark and Dr. Becker as his main vets and they are absolutely wonderful! Very compassionate and loving vets and with the help of Gina (vet tech), our first puppy has grown up beautifully and healthy! Gina has been extremely knowledgable and has given us every information we need. Exam check ups are $50 per visit, while vaccination prices vary.

The doctors and staff of Parkwood Animal Hospital are excellent. I first saw Dr. Stehouwer when she was at another ver clinic. I was very upset when she left there until I found out she opened her own clinic. I changed clinic's immediately and have never looked back. I starting going to Parkwood the day they opened and still continue to go there today. My dog was a 10 yr old Lab when I started going to Parkwood. Dr. S is a wonderful vet! I wish she was a people doctor too because I think my dogs get better medical care at Parkwood than I can find for myself. I have been bringing my two Italian Greyhounds to Parkwood for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. S always takes the time to explain thoroughly any concerns and all possible courses of action. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would give them more stars if I could.

Everyone at the clinic is great. Dr. Clark is amazing. After years of not being able to find a treatment for Max's skin allergies, she suggested a food brand that wasn't contaminated by other substances that possibly could be causing the allergies. She was point on. After a few weeks, we saw improvement with Max. No steroids or treatments like we were prescribed in the past. We're thankful for Dr. Clark's advice and compassion.

I called them this morning to see if they could fit my dog in due to her nail being hurt after getting snagged on something. While the very nice receptionist briefly put me on hold to check their schedule she came back and told me that they were completely booked and apologized for not being able to see her. The receptionist then gave me another # to an emergency animal hospital. Great service and glad they cared! Wonderful. I will be using them in the future! Thank you for making me feel important!
