There is a good mix of ages and genders. The med techs are really kind and the rooms are little apartments that you can really personalize. My loved one is always complaining about the food

Parsons house is a great fit for our family. The location is very central. The staff is caring and accomadating. My brother is safe and well taken care of. The food is very good. I can highly recommend the Parsons House.

We are working on the level of care stuff because I find they are not equipped with the correct staff at this time but are working with our family to fix what is not working. Nice, would recommend and open to improvement

l Parsons has been accommodating to my parents needs. My Mom has sweet comments about the staff and is getting comfortable enough to have made some lady friends with the residents, she has warmed up to playing cards and dominoes with a few of them. Kelly has been personable and helpful also.

We are overall very satisfied with Parsons House-the best aspect is the employees are very sweet and caring, they have worked there for many years. The food is healthy cooked without a lot of salt and sugar but isn't the most tasty. My dad enjoys the activities. They drive him to appointments which is a huge help. I feel he is on good hands there which gives me peace of mind. It is also affordable for low income folks.

We picked this community, because Austin was less expensive than some places. They do well with the activities. They need to improve by adding faster help.
Can’t say enough positive things about Parsons House staff and residents. Two of our family members were residents at Parsons House. Many of the staff have been with PH for many years. They truly care for residents and staff as part of a family.
Mom has been at Parsons for 14 years and we could not have made a better choice! The caregivers are very good and most have been working with Parsons for a long time. The food is very well prepared and a perfect fit for seniors. Management is top tier and have been working with Parsons system for quite some time. The cost of care is well below the market. We would recommend them for everyone’s consideration.
When I was looking for places to move my parents, I was most impressed with Parsons House. It didn’t have that corporate feel, they worked with you to get what is needed, everything my parents needed was there. It was a hard decision to live my parents out if their house but having them at Parsons House was the best option and I’m glad we went there.
