The folks that work at Parsons House are caring and thoughtful. I know that my father is safe and comfortable. The location is close by so we can visit whenever we need to or easily pick Dad up for appointments. I couldn't recommend Parsons House more!
The resident s always seem very engaged with different activities in the main lobby whenever I get a chance to visit. It’s alway very clean and the employees always great me whenever I enter the building.
I’ve been at Parsons House for almost 2 years, and I find that everyone here is very helpful very professional and knowledgeable. My dining experience is also very satisfying, overall food is good. And healthy, and fresh.
People and staff are friendly and helpful the place is very clean .resadent are friendly. A lot of fun accive . a good place for a family member. No need to leave you can get your hair done med come right your door or medaid
Parsons House Cypress is a very family friendly community with great staff and residents. The Activities that I see on their Facebook page always makes me happy to have referred friends there! It is a community that I think everyone needs to experience. Everyone is so pleasant and they always have some form of entertainment and/or crafts in the community.
The staff at Parsons House are wonderful. They bend over backwards to make sure that your loved one is well taken care of and feels like a part of the community. It's just a wonderful place. The management and employees who work there go above and beyond. The food has a great variety, and if you have special requests, they make sure to accommodate those. If you don't show up for a meal, they come and ask if you need anything. It's just a top notch, great place that I cannot say enough good things about.
What really stood out to us right away with Parson's House was the friendliness of the staff, they are so nice and always upbeat. Our loved one says for the most part the meals are really good but occasionally there might be a not so good meal. We think the activities are really good - they have live entertainment pretty frequently, exercise classes and a bunch of other things. Our loved one is really happy with the activities. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Parsons House to other families.
Parsons House is great. Mom is doing well. They stay in great communication with me. The facility is always very clean, although sometimes there's a slight hint of odors. The staff is friendly and attentive to my mother's needs. The administrative staff is always willing to listen. For activities, they have something going on every day. And they're a lot more affordable than other places I looked at.
We chose Parsons House Independent and Assisted Living because my parents had a friend who lived here, so they felt more comfortable. Everybody was very friendly here. It is an older facility that is a little bit run down. Because it is an older building, the elevators aren't very great, so anyone who is afraid of elevators or is not very mobile probably would not like it here.
