Mark took his time with explaining in detail how the bi pap machine works. Demonstrated how to use and clean the machine. He answered any questions I had and was very encouraging about the success I would have using the machine.
I appreciated that a rep brought everything to my home and showed me how to use it. Amy was wonderful, and she followed up the next day to see how things were going.
You came to my rescue with oxygen at the time that I needed it. I appreciate the care that was given when it was delivered. Everything was explained, we are confident on how to use all the equipment.
