The RN was very thorough explaining how the CPAP machine worked and the contraindications and all the things I needed to know as far as cleaning the machine and how to put the nasal mask on and make sure it fits correctly with no leaks. instructor was very polite and courteous.

I just received my oxygen delivery of a replacement home oxygen concentrator and a few size D portable oxygen tanks. Today I had a new driver. His name is Mikey, and even though It’s about 6:30 pm on a Tuesday and he already put in a full day’s work, he was friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, he happened to arrive when I had quickly gone to drop my son off at work so he ended up having to wait around for me a few minutes.
