Ryan and Valerie did a great job delivering my BiWaves Cough Assist and Res Med Astral 100 Ventilator, setting them up and demonstrateing how to use them. . Valerie was patient with me while I took notes so we could remember how to do everything.

The RN was very thorough explaining how the CPAP machine worked and the contraindications and all the things I needed to know as far as cleaning the machine and how to put the nasal mask on and make sure it fits correctly with no leaks. instructor was very polite and courteous.
