Excellent service from our first inquiry to set up. Marquerite did a great job helping me understand the function and benefits of the many different models to find what would work best for my dad. Delivery and set up was a breeze. The chair is excellent quality and has helped relieve chronic back pain and ease physical challenges of getting in and out

Bob and Margareta were very accommodating. I appreciate the time and discussions about the chair I purchased. Cory the delivery lead was also helpful and assisted with any questions I had. So far it’s been a good experience. Of course, in dealing with a Chinese manufactured item, I tend to hold further opinion until later as my experience with that country’s products has very mixed results… mostly not satisfactory. China produces inconsistent quality.
