Agents are very courteous the delivery driver also is very courteous and always aligns shipments in a way to enable easy access. I haven’t had any problems and when I need extra equipment I am helped promptly. Vey satisfied with your service.

I had to schedule, cancel, and reschedule. Mel was very nice , and helpful every time i called. When Alvin had problems getting used to the Bi-Pap machine Mel very patiently helped him. Kudos to Mel and the receptionist. Keep up the good work. /lc

Not too well actually. I ordered oxygen tanks on Monday was told I would receive on Tuesday. Did not receive them or a message telling me they would be delayed. Called the company the next day and told them I had not received them and that I had a doctor’s appointment and if they were being delivered they would need to be delivered later in the day (my appt was scheduled for 11:15), around 2:00.
