I am always treated with respect when calling for supplies. My delivery person is so personable and on his job. I never have a problem with delivering my supplies. He is respectful.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the product my husband needed. We were from out of town and my husband had an emergency hospital stay in Indianapolis. They came thru with the CPAP we needed for the trip home. Thank you!!!

Great explanation and instruction. Very informed and Mel was really good. But the phone call I received did not go well. I could not understand the person that. Called. I played it for my nephew who has excellent hearing and he couldn't understand her either. But I called and spoke to a different person and got another call . So it was all corrected.

I was shown personal attention when being taught about my new CPAP. She was very friendly - really fun personality - and easy going. She helped me pick the right mask for me and explained everything perfectly.
