The very first night I experienced a good increase of energy and hopefully that would continue to improve together better. My daughter helped me a lot with the set up and especially with the technology. That is the only part I have problems with. Mel helped me with the mask and the book or papers reinforced what she said. I took my time and practiced putting on the make a few times.
