Everything arrived when it was to arrive. I was asked if I could accept my supplies a day later rather than the one day turn around time. The person delivering the supplies is always cordial. Thank you for the excellent service.

The very first night I experienced a good increase of energy and hopefully that would continue to improve together better. My daughter helped me a lot with the set up and especially with the technology. That is the only part I have problems with. Mel helped me with the mask and the book or papers reinforced what she said. I took my time and practiced putting on the make a few times. Gave easy directions on how to use equipment, plus had me remove parts and reinstall to make sure I was doing it correctly. Explained to me how the machine had to be used for insurance to cover to cost.
