We were very satisfied with our semi-annual check up on our AC units in our home. Garrett our service person was very courteous and professional. He alerted us to situations with our unit that needed attention and offered alternatives to deal with it. We would highly recommend this company .

Brian came to my home today. He was so very polite, left everything very clean. Explained everything so that I could easily understand. He represents your company in a way any company would be lucky to have. Give that man a raise! (We did NOT talk salary). Just want you to know I’m sure he earns every penny he makes!

Rick ********** was the first person to come to my house and troubleshoot my A/C system. Very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my problem. We agreed on a price for the Installation of my New HVAC system and he scheduled the work for MY convenience on Friday morning between 7:00 and 9:00 am. Garret came by in the window time frame as scheduled calling me in advance of arriving. He did a maintenance check and replaced the parts necessary with a good job of explaining what needed to be done. Garret was great!

Brian was very thorough while checking for the problems in our AC unit. He explained all the areas he was testing, what the numbers should be and what was wrong. He explained our options so that we could make an informed decision of how to proceed. He was also very respectful.

Steve *. was excellent and very professional. Our A/C went out last night and Steve was here within 2 hours. He's very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. He replaced the item and checked the unit to make sure everything was working properly. We're very pleased with the service from Patrick Riley and Steve!! Thank you

My new air conditioner was installed a week ago and I've been hearing a loud fan noise. I mentioned it to the duct cleaners when they were out, but they couldn't find any reason for it. This morning Steve ********** came over. I was impressed not only with how knowledgable he is, but he also took the time to explain why I had a loud fan and what he would do to remedy it.
