The staff was wonderful before, during and after my procedure. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the decision we made. Dr. MacKoul answered all my questions and was very patient with my indecision at times. I was very well informed and felt ready and confident for my procedure. Everything went well and my recovery has gone well too. I felt very confident in everyone who treated me.
Dr. Mackoul and his staff are excellent. I had an unexpected surgery and Dr. Mackoul diagnosed and treated my condition with care and precision.
I was always able to get an appointment. Dr. MacKoul answers his emails which was great. Everyone was patient with me as this was my first major surgery & answered all of my questions. Dr. MacKoul was honest and clear on my symptoms, options & his capabilities. The office staff at Innovative GYN were also very great and helpful. Dr. MacKoul took extra time to explain his approach and made sure I was 100% clear and comfortable with what was going to happen in the OR.
Professionalism of doctors and staff made my decision easy in selecting Mackoul to perform surgery. All questions were answered and the diagram by Mackoul was the best way for me to understand exactly what he was going to do. Definitely refer to others!
