Excellent surgeon, highly qualified, and treats his patients with respect and courtesy.
Dr Mackoul's explanation of the procedures I was having were detailed and easy to understand. He took his time explaining every move, and made sure I was comfortable with the decision to have surgery. My appointment was a full hour and a half earlier than the time I was seen, however, when I think of the more serious and complicated cases he has to deal with on a day to day basis, I was thankful to have someone who is at the top of their field. I love this office and now recommend it to everyone! I'm so glad my regular OB/GYN referred here and all of my appointments and surgery were scheduled very quickly. All the nurses and Dr. MacKoul were very nice and informative and helped me the whole way. Thank you!
Very helpful and everyone was extremely nice & courteous. Surgery was scheduled quickly & everyone I was in contact with prior to surgery made sure that I not only understood what was needed, but took the time to help me with anything I needed.
After 10 doctors and 20 years I finally found someone that would listen to me. My family history every female on both my mother and fathers side have died from cancer. I've had issues since I was a teenager and Dr. Mackoul was the first one to really help me. I have had two surgeries since my first visit and even referred my sister (which he helped her as well!). I would strongly recommend him and his staff!
Everything was amazing! I wasn’t worried because I knew I had a great Doctor. I have severe hospital/Dr anxiety and I really had none during this experience because everyone knew what they were doing. Facility - amazing, clean, everyone was friendly, private.
My Surgeons went above and beyond expectations. Dr. MacKoul was very understanding about my concerns the night before my appointment and made changes to accommodate my needs overnight. I highly recommend this Dr. Mackoul and his associates.
Very experienced, great doctor and wonderful service. He gave me the best care and had zero complications after my surgery. I was able to resume normal activity in less than a week (of course taking it easy a little bit). I was amazed about the fast recovery. This is something I had put off for years but after meeting with Dr. Mackoul, i got some sense of confidence that I had selected the right doctor.
I had a pleasant overall experience. Dr. MacKoul was very professional. During our initial meeting (and even our conversation prior to my appointment) he thoroughly explained the surgical procedure and gave me questions to ask other docs when getting a second opinion. After hearing more about the technique, I decided to go with this practice. Healing time + overall experience was wonderful!
