Paul is the best. He is easy to work with and he spent countless hours working and explaining to us how the process works. This was incredibly helpful as first time homebuyers. Along with all of this, he is super responsive. If we had any questions or issues he would respond as soon as he can and would not hesitate to hop on a call with us at a moment’s notice. We will be using Paul and American Pacific Mortgage for any of our future financing needs.
