My experience with Paul and the Preferred Rate staff was excellent. In the beginning I told Paul that the large numbers and percentages on the documents they sent me to review was overwhelming. Paul took the time to call me and walk me through every cent of that document and explain to me how it all was broken down. He was transparent and real with me across the board.
