My story is similar to Bridget B's. HORRIBLE. I retired in 9/22 and sent in my client separation form. A month later I got hit with $288 of "Adjustment Fees" AFTER the seperation was concluded. They held my W-2 as ransom. Terrible business practice. If I had the money, I would hit these loosers with a class action suit that would make their head spin... DO NOT USE PAYCHEX at all costs.

Do not I repeat do not use this company they will take money out of your account randomly and you will never be able to get anyone who can explain why the money is coming out. The payroll specialist are very unprofessional one person said to me they would call me back in a hour because they had to take there daughter to school. It was a mess I highly recommend you finding another company to process payroll. This one steals money

this is a horrible service, my service representative Breauna T***** don't asker calls or emails I still can't access my Flex account it's been months i have to call in for payroll, they also have me down twice two different ID numbers and on top of that i got paid twice and still waiting for 1099"s i also contact her supervisor no response.

I sold my company in February of 2022. I signed and sent Paychex the client separation form on 2-7-2022, and even referred the new owner to Paychex. Here it is a year later and they had a hold on my account so I could not get my W2's. They sent one email with the bill for the end of year w2's in July! 5-months after I sent them the separation form - that email went to spam....I just found it when talking to their representative. They sent my 401K payout to an insider ( I assume) who cashed my check and it took months and 100s of calls to get my money-back. Absolutely a joke of a company.

I will never again work with a firm that uses PayChex. The first time I did, their "agent" who was assigned to the firm was offshore and pretending to be in the United States. She seemed to be working with a few other people who just pretended to use the same name. I was never paid, they also entered the wrong information on my tax forms, and finally after about three weeks after payday--the owner of the firm had hand write me a check. Every time we called, a different person answered the phone and said they were one person.... read more

Horrible. I had a service that was $58 dollars a month. I switched banks & forgot to notify them. They charged me $120 every time my card didn’t go through. They never called or anything. I call to get an update on W2 & I now owe $869.00… for a 59 dollar service

Illegal and frustrating. Cannot access paystubs.. Cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone and the home health agency I work for is no different…

Worst decision I have ever made in my career, going with this terrible company. I regret every moment since and cannot overemphasize, people, DO NOT HIRE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
