Thanks to Gary @ peaden of course the unit was working until he was putting everything back together. Then the fan motor started raising it's ugly self. Thank goodness he had another in his truck. If you have ac issues call peaden in PCB they even come to Bonifay.

They did it for the fourth time this school year, van#2681 did it this time at 8am on Navy Blvd and cypress point drive they ran a school bus stop sign while we were loading students, I called the office to tell them but all she could say rather than let me speak to them was for me to email them, I had the previous times showed up in person to talk and told them at strike three I'll go to post on social media

Somehow Peaden has managed to come up with an appointment arrival process WORSE than the cable company. When I called to make my service appointment for my A/C 2 weeks ago, I asked for a time window that they would be arriving. I explained that I had another appointment over an hour away later that same day so I needed to know it or let's pick another date. I was told they would include a comment on my appointment that I needed them there b4 1PM so I could make my other appointment. Fast forward to Friday, May 9th. I get a c... read more

Not at all what it used to be. Had new unit from Peaden less than a year. On maintenance plan which guarantees same day service. Called at 8 am when unit not cooling. Called back at noon and given no eta but told would receive updates. Not updated. Called before 5 and told it would be after 5 but to go to dinner. At 8 pm tech called and said he was on way. Said we were at dinner as suggested and needed an hour. Said he would call back but didn’t. Called three more times and tech came a few minutes before midnight. Said unit ... read more

Peaden’s management team told me weeks ago that they would repair the damage to my walls. After several attempts I have not heard from them again. Multiple instances of damage by multiple Peaden technicians. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.

When our house was flipped, they did all the AC, plumbing, and electrical. The amount of things done wrong is insane. Still having issues, wouldn't wish them on anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! EVER! "Customer Care" is not something that is a part of their culture. We are 2 months into the purchase of a new a/c system and it has been nothing but a long miserable experience of dealing with this company. The system does not cool the house to a respectable level on a warm sunny day. The old system that it replaced did a better job. They have sent techs to increase the fan speed (which you're not supposed to do), techs to come out and look at it for 5 minutes and do nothing, or as... read more

We had a brand new unit installed in July of last year....I have had nothing but issues since the install. First the installers crossed wires and the unit was running heat and air at the same time, the line wasn't flushed and it wasn't fully charged. It has stopped cooling a total of 6 times in a year.....6 times! Last year the answering service did not submit my ticket until the 4th call.
