Really disappointed in Peaden Plumbing. We paid close to $1,000 dollars to have a clogged Toilet repaired in early Jan. This repair job included a Monthly service Membership (Includes Priority Scheduling Invoice # 72700088 issued to Jason Thrall - We are doing a rent to own with him). As of last week, we were still having issues with this Toilet with clogging and it was leaking from the new seal they installed). It took multiple phone calls to get an appointment set up. Edited for the second, third, fourth and possibly fifth time dealing with peaden on the same issue that was never fixed: FYI Emerald came out one time and bam it was fixed for $200 and less than ten mins of his time. *****Peaden Review***** It all started in September of 2018 and it is still an ongoing problem still today! work was not done correctly six months ago had to come in and proper install of plumbing pipe through the wall this time they came in to do a simple change out on a toilet and did not complete the job properly ask to talk to supervisor still waiting for hours now and they still haven't come to fix

We bought a brand new unit 3 years ago stopped working last month. Peaden charged us $1800 for fixing. This price included the military/veteran/ member discount. Regular fixing price was $2500. Rip off. We don't want to pay every year for repairs. Never buying Peaden again.

The tech showed up an hour late without notice. We have a service plan in effect from fall and were advised to call for the new year, which we did, and was told our plan expires in a week!?! I don’t think so!! Our house / unit is less than a year old and it is under warranty b/c it is still new. We were charged for things that should have been reported / claimed with the HVAC vendor so they would do fix it / pay for it. Only good thing was customer service / billing respond quickly. The techs appear to be well trained and professional but the companies rates are outrageous. Peaden uses the “class” method for their billing instead of an hourly rate. One price per class covers all, regardless how long it takes. I recently had a contact fail in our ac unit. Approximately one hour from the time the tech was notified until he signed off the order cost me $296-labor only! The part was covered under warranty. The tech stated he was there replacing the part for less than 30 minutes. The service was outstanding ... read more

I called when my AC went out on Thursday June 27th, but nobody came until the next Monday. My Peadan unit was only one year old, but the compressor already needed replaced. The technician said the compressor was under warranty, but the labor would cost me $1,500 to replace it. He had to order one and it won’t be here until Friday July 5th and then they will have to schedule when to Install it. It’s now been 7 days of being 90 degrees inside my house and no set day of when the AC would be repaired. This doesn’t speak well of ... read more
