These people are a joke, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, because the only thing this place can give you is aggregation and a migraine. They really need to do better it's kids health and parents time and money.

I don't understand how people's time is not considered. How unprofessional can they be. We make appointment months in advance and they don't care. I understand kids are sick but have doctors for those children and doctors who deal with appointments.

I have been going here for 14 years but more recently the wait times have been excessive. We went for a 10:30 appt and didn't get seen until 12:30. We needed an ear recheck and blood draw. They had us wait an extra hour while they had their lunch break. While the entire office was shut down for lunch, we were the only ones locked in there bloodwork waiting room area for them to do bloodwork. The doctor had even asked them to draw blood which would take 3 minutes before their lunch break but they refused and left for lunch. N... read more

Horrible wait time, more then 40 minutes. Come on. If that wasn't enough they called my daughters name and other patients with the same last name and they were going to put us in the same room thinking they were related.

It was once good but has become a total factory. Last week, with an appointment, I waited 2.5 hours (s few months ago, it was 1 3/4 hour wait) just for the doctor to come into the room and say if it gets worse then go to the ER. Well, I knew that without a medical degree. Please avoid this place at all costs. We moved here last year and have used them a few times because we haven't been able to find a doctor we want to be the kids primary yet. Every time we have been here the wait has been astounding. Even when there is only 1-2 people in the waiting room it's easily over an hour. We came in today because my daughter was throwing up and couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. People as we walked in were complaining at the desk that they had been there for over two hours. I booked an appointment for 10am still waiting after 1.5 hours , still no doctor!! It seems understaffed and not able to handle the load . Waiting way to long for a doctor visit, everyone here seems rushed

this location is TERRIBLE. the Spanish lady at the front will give you any answer (the same answer) for everyone who's been waiting over an hour for a simple wellness check. she told me one more person after three more people. they will have you here all day so prepare to be stuck all morning. last year it wasn't like this. I will be booking at the Weston location from now on! Every SINGLE PERSON that came after me was seen before me and gone! Now it's person number 5 and I'm still waiting

Absolutely worse service. Waited an hour before I spoke up about our place in line. (Came to my appointment 30mins earlier, l watched about 15 other family's that came after get called, can you feel my frustration) my two year old starts screaming! What two year old wants to wait at a doctors office for almost two hours. Staff in front sick and didn't even have a voice.
