Gave one star because I couldn't give zero. While the doctors are great, you cannot count on this office to send referrals to appointments THEY schedule you for to see specialists. Last time I went to get my referral I received another patients referral making 2 patients out of their necessary referrals. Now I have an urgent appointment with a specialists that THEY scheduled me for and the referral (a day after booking) is still not at the specialists' office. I try to not write a bad review unless I really have to. My kids have been going here for 2 years, I'm just glad that they are healthy kids so I only take them for their regular yearly exams. 2 things that are good about this place is the location, it's near the house/school and their office hours. Beware when you go after their normal business hours they will charge you $150 for "Convenience fee". Just like all the "urgent" care center. It's a total BS! Very business like. Definitely always a wait. Pediatricians are pretty robotic. It's clear my child is considered a number, not a person.
First visit waited 1 hour to be seen by the pediatrician walked in not even a Good morning or im sorry no expression at all remember you are dealing with kids you need the patience or else dont do it . The people at the counter are friendly at least Dr Frontera was her last name
I don't know why I continue coming here. It's been over an hour wait. The last visit was 2 1/2 hours. The doctors are okay...hardly worth the wait though. I stay for the convenient location but I could drive a hundred miles away and be done faster! Will definitely change after this visit.
I wish I could leave zero stars but it's not possible. I was there for one last time today and I will not be returning. Once again almost an hour wait time and the doctor (Doctor Molina) spent last than 5 minutes with my child. She rushed through the checkup and before she left she said "ok, We are all done, they (my kids) are making me nervous". Service is the worst. I'm a medical professional and have never treated or experience anything like this. The receptionist put me on hold for 9 minutes the first time and then hung up. The 2nd time I called she put me on hold for over 14 minutes. The excuse of "my computer froze" or "our system is down" seems to be the ongoing theme.

The doctors are competent, but the wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was 45 minutes ago, and we haven't even seen a nurse yet. Once we get a room, I'm sure it'll be another long wait. It's par for the course. I've never waited less than an hour to see the doctor. If we weren't moving in 2 months, I'd find a new doctor. It's not worth it here.

As much as I love the convenience of having this location near my home, the wait is absolutely atrocious. If YOU schedule me for an appointment at 2:30pm, please be prompt and ready to assist me at 2:30pm. Waiting to be called from the waiting room for at least 30 minutes, and then waiting another 30 minutes for a doctor to actually see you is ridiculous.
