Currently waiting over 1 hour and have not seen a doctor yet. Appoint was at 10:45 and it is currently 12:04!!! Why make an appointment if it is completely ignored. Walk-ins are getting seen before me and this is not the first time this has happened. Try managing a 4 year and 7 year old who are bored out their minds!! No respect for parents time at this office!! Great Drs that take very good care of the kids. However they are always over and double booked, they never take you on time and don't care that you have to wait. So don't worry about showing up on time as you will wait wait wait no matter what.
Where do I start...Ok 945AM appt and we arrive at 943, we check in for seeing Dr. Villar, start by saying she's amazing and SHE get 5 stars. Reception asks if we'd be willing to see any other Dr. if available we say ,NO since this is an annual physical we only want to see OUR Dr. Preface to say this is a standard question asked to everyone , at every visit.
