The worst experience in the world came much earlier than the time of my appointment so like that is zero excuses that I came late and I have to wait about two hours without giving you any excuses when I ask wait everybody that came later come first they done even said anything just I don't have control of that now I don't understand the reason on make at appointment when they do whatever they want with that
Sorry to say but I use to love coming at this Pediatric Associate Location, since this Location was always so clean and this location is always so friendly and accommodating. This is my second visit within two days, yesterday's visit was sick visit with my younger daughter 5 y.o. My appointment was at 855am and we were bot seen exactly one hour after from the Doctor. I get that every establishment is either understaffed and overwhelmed since it's flu season. I totally understand that kids get sick but it took so long for a... read more

Worst pediatrician's office around! We have been dealing with an ear infection for several months! My kids don't ever get better. The waiting times are soooooo ridiculous! And when they come see you in the room they take 3 minutes. It's the most awful place I have ever taken my kiddos! The doctor literally charged me $230 dollars for a sick visit after I paid $25 for my copay. Next time I went because the antibiotics didn't work out, they charged me $300 WTH???? I waited two hours to be seen, never in the 8 years that I've been to this office I had to wait for my child to be seen for this long. I've waited 30minutes or a hour the maximum and I get it if the office is busy but it wasn't. The doctor was extremely pushy and did not listen to me (Kalomaris). They give you an appointment and keep you waiting over an hour to be seen. We all have work and other plans and we can't sit in a waiting areas for over an hour just to start the visit. My main complaint is their terrible wait times.
I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!! Weekends are the only time I have to do errands and this place took 2 of those hours I will tell everyone I know never to take their kids to this office .

I am giving this practice two stars because I had a good experience going there for a year and Dr. Villar is a great pediatrician. However, I am VERY disappointed with this practice in general. I recently moved to a different state and having my 18 month old medical records released and transferred has been real nightmare. The wait is long. Seems like every time I come here the wait is forever. They put you in the room forever. Currently waiting for 1hr now. Only reason for coming here is my kids doctor for the past 8years. We truly love her Dr. Alba Molina
