Very kind and welcoming staff even though it is a large office. Danitza at the front is amazing. Very accommodating and ok with parental choice. Kids loved waiting with the trending movies they played for entertainment.

As a new mom there are so many elements I take into consideration when it comes to my child . And I am definitely happy with the recommendation of Pediatric Associates. I happily recommend them to others. My daughters care is paramount to me, and their organization makes me feel the same . She is not just a number, she's one of their babies. And I am appreciative of that.

Excellent site to go to. Staff (Nurses and Doctors) are always helpful, warm and accommodating. Doctor Ayuso feels like family.... and when i am not able to see her, Doctor Strong has been wonderful. Very empathetic and patient with my now 4 year old daughter. Thank you so much and keep up the fab work. Thank you front desk and back desk for always being on point
It was my favorite art visit and I think I'm going to love this place. Glad I made a change. The wait was reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

This pediatric office is excellent. Love the 365/7 which makes it very flexible for both working parents to take our son to his appointments without having to take off from work or become an issue. Many locations which helps also for emergency trips. The staff at this office remember my son & always are so aware of any changes he has (walking, talking, etc.). This by far is the worse experience of my life ! My daughter had an appointment on June 3rd, 2026 for a sports physical and EKG. I was told by numerous people in the office that the results would be available in 24hours.24hours came and no results, 48 hours came no results, 72 hours came no results. The issue is the staff and the doctors are unorganized. They have still not provided me with anything. I am on the phone now for 54 minutes and no resolution. For the second time I had to walk out of that office because my kids could not be seen even though I had an appointment. The first time they told me my appointment was made online but because they were switching systems the appointment got lost on the transition. Apparently, the old system will not communicate with the new system, so I wasted my time. I had to go to another location. Love my kids doctor. But the waiting time is absolutely crazy. Front office try to be friendly but talking to other parents I realize many kids are scheduled for same time. Making a waiting time insane. I do understand doctors time are valuable but we parents also have busy schedules.
