Avoid this establishment at all costs! There is a complete lack of care for the patients and parental concerns. First off, the office is completely mismanaged each time I have had an hour plus wait for both well visits and sick visits (one of the nurses said this was typical). Secondly, the office does not give you notice of changes. For instance, after waiting an 1.5 hours for a doctor instead the nurse practitioner walked in without being notified of any changes. I took my 4 children for a well child visit this week--found the desk staff to be kind and helpful. Our appointments took 2.5 hours each. 1 hr each time--to even be seen by the doctor. When i addressed this the doctor said it was because I came at the busiest time of the year, which means they simply overbooked their overworked staff. The wait was the least of my concerns. I came with both of my kids appt . The medical I Assitance just call his first name I Nicely ask her what their last name she looks at me in a way im not supposed to ask her. I asked to speak with the supervisor. She was talking to me like I was wrong. She told me I could come inside. There were 15 people inside the call of them and we were trying to see me last. They are so unprofessional. They don't care when it comes to kids. Never go there again with my kids Bad assists

Very disappointed with this office, dr Ayuso it's the best but I'm not able to schedule an appointment with her unless i do it with 2 months in advance. Call yesterday because my 6 month baby it's being having fever, cough and vomiting, they give an appointment for today at 1:35 , they just call me at 11:55 am to cancel the appointment because the doctor called out, and wanted me to reschedule for tomorrow, so should i tell my baby to stop being sick and wait till tomorrow? This place is AWFUL. They push vaccines down your throat. They are very corporate which means you can be going to the same doctor for months and they don't even remember you. Not personable at all. Staff in front is rude. I've waited more than an hour even through my appointment was scheduled not to mention how nasty it is because parents bring sick kids into the non sick room. I do not recommend you waste your time here.

I usually go to Emerald Woods office and they are on time and professional. This office is never on time. 4:10 appointment and still in the waiting room. When I asked Delfina at desk, I was told that the dr was behind all day . I wasn't told upon arrival even though they knew that. Very disappointing and having to sit with a child who doesn't feel well for an extra 50 minutes is unacceptable.

I've been coming to this office for about 3 years now, I've tried different doctors and out of all the ones I have met I only like 2. Most of the doctors here are condescending and don't really seem to to really care. The last straw was this past week when I took my son in and Dr. Almanzar ( by far the worst I've met) didn't seem too concerned for my sons well being, she was dismissive, rude, and didn't really seem to care about my questions.
