It was our first visit and we were completely unimpressed. The wait to check in at 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday was five families deep and took seven - ten minutes to sign in. The place is a cattle call for sure. We left and won't be returning. Oh and when we attempted to sign in they said they haven't received our daughters records from the previous Doctor even though her previous pediatrician attempted to FAX it in. ( seems antiquated) How ironic on the date it was faxed in their FAX machine WASN'T working. SHOCKER... read more
The doctors here are amazing! But whenever I make an appointment I have to wait 30min-1h30 min. If it was once in a while fine, but its every time. Sitting in a dirty germ filed waiting room waiting to see a doctor who cant be bothered to do anything in a timely way. My time is valuable and it is disrespectful to think people with kids and jobs have the time to just sit around. Try not overbooking yourselves and try to have some respect for others.
