Are first dr was great dc sacks. He unfortunately left the practice then we went to dc pinson he was just as fabulous. Both very caring and seemed truly interested in what we had to say and how my baby was feeling. Pinson is now moving and leaving the office. So now we may start going to another office specifically after the last appointment. We went in because my son was sick. this office needs to have all the current staff fired including doctors and hire new staff. by far the most irritating time consuming and unprofessional doctor office for children. doctors don't show up for booked appointments and staff doesn't email you or advise you your appointment has changed or modified . disgusting and unbelievable places like this exist for our children sake . im disappointed and disgusted with the service. i was a patient here myself when i was a child and it sad to say im changing from associate due... read more

Drs. Jessica Joseph and Michelle Smith are AMAZING. The billing department....abysmal! They erroneously claim you on small balances and nickel and dime patients into making duplicate payments. They prevent sick children from obtaining the care they need in a timely stress free environment. The billing department does not respond to emails or answer their phones. Prayerfully their amazing physicians will find better run practices to affiliate themselves with. Avoid unnecessary stress and avoid this practice as a whole.

"This is totally office incompetent. They do not answer their phones there is no way to get ahold of anyone in their office only a scheduler who is not on site. In order to get medical records you have to use their patient portal which does not work. We have called the helpline and have been sent links to update the account but it creates circular errors. This has gone on for months."

If you want your child to feel like a number then go ahead and make an appointment. Between the billing practices and the inefficiencies with communication I've had enough. I hate writing a negative review but this is my truth. There is no direct line for any of the offices (I've been told and witnessed others being told) so you make appointments through the portal or through a random call center in Asia. Yesterday, I went in with an appointment their call center made at the wrong location, but told me it was at the location I normally go to . The call center is in Japan and apparently they do not understand English as well as they should. I show up with my sick child with a temperature of 103.7 the office manager Jenni who is rude and condescending tells me i am LIAR with no appointment. I am not leaving this for the doctor itself. Only Jenni she wouldn't tell me her last name, but it looked like Gonzlaz she was working April 2,2023. I have never experienced someone so rude and condescending while my daughter had a 103.7 temperature she left her outside in the heat. The call center which is outsourced in Japan made an error and even spoke to Jenni. She still refused my appointment. Someone let her know she is dealing with sick children to get off her high horse. Wish I could give 0 stars. What a horrible business practice. Pediatrics associates is going down the drain. Forget about being a stablished patient, they don't care about that. I called because my son didn't sleep throwing up and has a very ugly cough and they have the audacity to tell me that they start seeing patients at 11AM and that he doesn't have anything available but to call at 11AM to see if there's any cancellations, if not they'll give me an appointment for Tuesday. I never had wait for so long to an appointment. Every time I bring my kids we have to wait between 1 hour and a 1/2 to 2h. Today the waiting area was pretty empty (4 parents) and I thought it'd be different. But still we've been waiting for over an hour. After they put you in the room you have to wait for another 20-40 min and if your kids need shots you have to wait longer after the doctor examines your child.
