RecommendedWe have a very good agents. Don and Terri of Goodland, Indiana. They have helped us through many claims over the almost 50 years we have had them. Our windshield broke on our truck. 5 minutes later the glass place was calling us. I am impressed with their speed and helpfulness with any claim we have had over the years. Highly recommended.

I recently had a serious accident. Brittany Slaby of Pekin Insurance was great to work with very helpful! I had never had an accident and she replied to all of my questions, phone calls, and emails within a quickly. She was in town the day after my accident for the vehicle assessment. I was very impressed. I would recommend them again and again!
Having an insurance claim is no fun...but the folks that I dealt with @ Pekin (Sunni and Griff McDonald) were incredible to deal with. They were patient and soothing and literally explained every thing every step of the way. I hope to never have another claim, but it has nothing to do with the phenomenal service I got from Pekin Insurance. HIGHLY recommended.
On the evening of November 2nd I was rear-ended by a driver insured by Pekin. While being involved in a collision and having to work to be reimbursed for the damages is not desirable to anyone, Pekin made it a very smooth and stress-free process for me. By the morning of November 4th I was contacted by Griffith MacDonald, a claims adjuster. That evening I was able to submit a quote for the repair. I recently had a claim, my daughter hit a deer and was driving my car. Pekin took care of all damages and a rental car. Brent Smith was so good and took care of it all, and we never met him!! Thank you to Pekin all the way! Loesher in Shannon Il... you are amazing and great work!!
