I am rating Pekin Insurance 5 stars simply because I had the extreme fortune to have Mary Smith as my adjustor on a recent claim. Not only was she very professional and efficient, she went way above and beyond her duty to do everything possible to make this experience painless and actually pleasant. Kudos to an excellent member of the claim staff!!!!!

Our adjuster Mary Smith did a fabulous job! Was very courteous and professional throughout her inspections with all of my rental homes. I have been with Pekin Insurance with my business insurance and my rental home insurance for 15 years with a total of three claims (all due to storms) and every time they have taken good care of me and my investments the way an insurance company should!! If anyone is trying to make a decision between Pekin and one of the big boy insurance companies my suggestion would be going with Pekin Ins... read more
