RecommendedI have been a vendor for Pekin Insurance for over 20 years, and they are one of the small handful of insurance companies I work with that are customer service driven. They are always on a "win-win" playing field. Tough to find that in today's insurance Environment.
I can't say enough good about Pekin Insurance and Brian Schollenberger. I had a small fire recently and I was treated so good. Brian came out right away and called Omnicon to come in and handle my clean-up and restoration and they did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I would recommend Pekin and Omnicon restoration to anyone. Thanks so much for everything.

We had an auto accident out of state and our truck wasn't drivable. Our adjuster,August Barr, made this unpleasant situation so much better. He responded to all our calls and emails within minutes and was always on top of the situation. We can't say enough good thinks about our experience.

Our agency has represented Pekin Insurance since 1983. We have always had great service from Pekin on claims. I also have had my Autos, Home and Life Insurance coverages with Pekin since 1983. I have also had a couple of claims that were handles very well and efficiently. I am seeing a lot of complaints and obviously don't know all the details but suffice it to say that many complaints are lodged against a lot of insurance companies with very little information as to the details.
