We have had Pekin Insurance for years now and never needed to use it but glad it was there. This year has been one of those for the (man I'm glad we have insurance) years. We had some roof shingles come off the house sometime in the spring with one of the many storms we have had this year, and with one of the many days of 2 to 3 inches of rain in one day, we ended up with water in the living room, kitchen, bedroom,basement and bathroom. RecommendedI have been a vendor for Pekin Insurance for over 20 years, and they are one of the small handful of insurance companies I work with that are customer service driven. They are always on a "win-win" playing field. Tough to find that in today's insurance Environment.
I can't say enough good about Pekin Insurance and Brian Schollenberger. I had a small fire recently and I was treated so good. Brian came out right away and called Omnicon to come in and handle my clean-up and restoration and they did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I would recommend Pekin and Omnicon restoration to anyone. Thanks so much for everything.
