Pender is a mostly-good but mixed bag. The older, more experienced vets are wonderful and knowledgeable and the emergency service we've received there for years is outstanding. It is on the pricey side. At our recent visit we got one of the younger, less experienced vets and she ended up wanting All The Testing ($$$) and was pretty rigid in her recommendations (and left out a couple options that I knew about from other sources). Great service, very friendly and accommodating - I showed up a day early to my appointment because I misread the appointment date. They were super understanding and squeezed me in anyway because I was already there. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Voell is great. We’ve been coming here for 15 years now and never disappointed. The wait was minimal so the cats didn’t stay in their carriers for too long. Isaak was also super friendly and we did appreciate the attention given to our cats. They explained thoroughly what was needed. Thank you Pender Veterinary!!!

Pender Veterinary Center is simply the best place in the area for your pet. Docs, Assistants and Front Desk Clerks are amazing. I normally ask for Doctor Vu, he has known Franklin and his terrible allergies for a while now! Franklin and Mia get the best care at this location. Thank you ALL ❤️🐾
