I very much like this clinic. They are kind to the animals, do good work, and are reasonably priced. They also work proactively to keep costs under control without compromising the welfare of the animals. If you have a brachycephalic dog, Dr. Flanery is a particularly good choice because of his deep expertise with these breeds. These include French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boxers, (English) Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Pekingese, Shar-Pei, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus, and Bull Mastiffs.
We love the whole team at Pender! Dr. Hyatt and Kayla are an amazing team and took such great care of my 12-week old Samoyed puppy. We also have a 5-year old Samoyed we’ve been taking to Pender for years and even though we moved an hour away, we make the drive for both pups because of the high quality care we receive here!
The Entire Staff/Crew at Pender Veterinary Centre welcomed me and my lovely Grace with open arms. Surgery went very well and she is still improving day by day as she is almost back to her normal regular self again!! Dr. Hyatt and Kayla are managing the health needs of my 15 year old cat who has IBD and Lymphoma. My cat Mosby is stable and is enjoying a good quality of life with their guidance and care. We highly recommend the Dr. Hyatt and Kayla team at Pender.
My family and I feel fortunate to have found Pender, especially a vet like Dr. Flanary. Our dog exhibits behavioral issues. She is aggressive toward strangers, which makes it difficult to bring her to the clinic. Dr. Flanary is the only vet who’s been willing to work with her and the only vet we trust. I have had nothing but amazing experience here. Dr. Flanary worked hard to squeeze my dog in and make sure she was taken care of and got to the root of her problems. Dr. Shearer is amazing. I have gone to her with my bunnies on so many occasions and my dogs as well and she has given them the best care.
Dr Denney extremely helpful and very caring. He always returned our calls and offered great advice to help us care for our dog Chloe.
Technician helped my cat to unstapled visit, didn’t charge me
Dr. Dickerson is great at handling our "fractious" cat. She answers our questions clearly and in detail.
