Bri was awesome with my little guy, drama and all. She was friendly, professional, and caring, and didn’t seem to mind that she was peed on and had to deal with his “code brown”. Always happy with our visits there.

Pender is great. Not the cheapest, but anytime I need real care for the pets, I definitely take them there because they do a lot of their tests onsite without having to send them out to a lab, plus they have more advanced equipment for more involved care. Plus they are open 24/7 and have ER services too. I hate the thought of having a procedure done, then my local vet being closed when my pet is not doing well.

We’ve been going to Pender since I’ve live in Northern Virginia. Dr. Voell is fantastic and we request him every single time we visit. He answers all my questions, explains what is going on, and is just a kind person. One of my dogs has anxiety with going to the vet, he has eased that anxiety a bit and trips to the vet aren’t so scary anymore. Another reason we choose Pender is the confidence and assurance that Pender has everything we would ever need in case of emergencies, that is a relief in itself.

Matt, Diego, and Doctor Reukauf were absolutely incredible when I brought my frog Pippin into their emergency department tonight. Admittedly I was very nervous and they both put down my fears and helped Pippin get back to a healthy state. Thank you so incredibly much for everything you all do!
