I feel so fortunate that Dr. Jason Flanary cares for my French Bulldog. He is great with (and knowledgeable about) the bulldog breed. He is thorough and responsive, and I highly recommend him (and Pender!)

I have had 2 senior pets needing care since moving here in Oct 2020 to work as a nurse during the pandemic. I cannot thank Dr. Voell and staff enough for their time and attention. Grace, my 14 y.o standard poodle declined to point of needing euthanasia in April 2022. It was a long coming yet difficult decision. The support I felt was wonderful. Mr. Kevin received amazing care by Dr Arana and Ashley W! They were so sweet to him! They also explained Kevin’s home care instructions very clearly to me. All of the staff at Pender were very kind to us!

Wonderful care for my naughty poodle. During grooming, her paw was cut open and she quickly developed an abscess which almost went into her bone. Dr. McKinnon and Dr. Yong took excellent care of her....and the technicians as well. My only negative comment: Since Pender became corporate owned, the prices are extreme....even for the medications. One topical antibiotic was $26.00 through Pender, but only $8.00 at Costco. I have been going to Pender for almost 30 years....always excellent care but the current costs are extr... read more

We recently moved our elderly Golden Retriever to Pender and have really liked everyone we have met. The vets, techs, and office staff are wonderful! Kudos to Dr. Valencia, who has become our "go to" vet. She is so gentle with our dog and clearly loves animals.
