Pender provides excellet care and cares and understands how we feel about our pets. Many speak from the experience of being pet owners themselves. A few years ago I had to have a pet euthanized by Dr. Voell. He sent a sympathay note afterwards; I never forgot how much that meant to me! There are others on staff including Dr. Cranstov (recent visit for dog) who clearly is a dog lover and shows it. Exotic dept. visit recently also reinforced my opinion stated above. I’ve been taking my pets to Pender since 1975 when I was still in high school. I love my vet, Dr. Denney, he is thoughtful and caring and he’s been taking care of my dogs since 2003. He removed a growth from my dog’s front paw and she also had her teeth cleaned. At drop off Megan came to pick up my dog. She was wonderful, patient, warm and caring. My Vet Tech Lauren S. Dud a great job working with me and my dog. She informed Dr Arana about all my concerns and they both were able to make sure my doggo was okay after a car accident.

Dr. Arana and Ashley took wonderful care of our Jack Russell this past Friday. They could tell he was anxious and spent some time petting him, speaking with him and being gentle when they gave him his shots. We even brought our other dog for a happy visit to deal with his anxiety and they were friendly with him as well, offering treats and a pet. We’ve been going to Pender for years and have been very happy with the service.

Dr Adesso has been taking care of our one year old pups since the beginning, They seem very comfortable with her which makes us feel good. Dr Adesso is extremely friendly, professional and caring. She is an excellent communicator. Dr Adesso also helped us through the end of life process with our 16 year old dog this past Memorial Day weekend. We were out of town but she help us find service providers. We were extremely grateful for her help and support.

Dr. Flanary is an amazing vet! Everytime he exudes compassion and understanding. He is able to explain everything while simultaneously ensuring it's a team approach between himself and us, as owners. Our vet tech was also amazing! She was so helpful and kind!
