Kayla and Dr. Denny are great!
Business response:
We think so too! Thank you for sharing, Tim!
We live in DC and it is about a 45 minute to hour drive to Pender for our vet visits. We ALWAYS make the trip as we know that the doctors and staff are there to help our fur family feel better and give us the best options suited to our pet's needs. We trust them and appreciate their professionalism and compassion for our family from check-ups to emergencies. We highly recommend Pender for anyone looking for a great vet for their family.
Business response:
Thank you for the compliments, Kendra! This truly means so much to us. We appreciate you trusting us with your pet's care as we know making the decision on a pet care facility is not an easy one.
First visit today for our dog with Dr. Hyatt and Kayla (vet technician). Both were great. Would be happy to see them again during our next visit.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to write this review, Ralph.
Dr Hyatt is great and always so good with our dog Ruth … very knowledgeable and explains in simple terms. Kayla was great as our technician.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words, Gary. We appreciate your support!
Dr. Hyatt has been our primary veterinarian for over a decade. We could not be more pleased with the medical attention we have received for our 12 cats over the years from both Dr. Hyatt and Kayla. Both are compassionate and friendly at every visit, and even know the unique personalities and medical history of each of our cats. Dr. Hyatt and Kayla have helped us with general wellness, dentistry, surgery, and cancer and other challenging treatments. We have come to rely totally on their expertise and dedicated care. Dr. Adesso always does a great job treating our dog who has back issues.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge Dr. Adesso and the care she provides. We can't wait to share with her.
We have used Pender since we got our Siberian a little over a year and found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Voel engages in every aspect of care and goes out of his way to ensure that our cat will remain healthy. I cannot recommend Pender any higher.
Business response:
We really appreciate your kind words, and we know Dr. Voell will too! We love taking care of your pet.
They fit us in on our way back from Florida to NY. Our Buddy cat was dehydrated and fading fast but a shot and some fluids did wonders. Thanks to Dr. Young and the staff for being professional and caring.
Business response:
We are so glad we were able to help your cat in their time of need. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.
Another great visit with Dr. Denney and Kayla!
Business response:
Thank you for sharing!
