We have been clients of Pender Vet over 35 years. A poodle, 2 Yorkies and a Cockatiel. Each one received excellent care over their lifetime and gently eased passing as it became a quality of life decision. Their compassion for animals and owners has been what keeps me trusting their care.

The people saved my kitty!!!! Had my kitty spayed at Banfield, but the operation apparently was botched and the stitching looked amateur. The incision site then got infected and needed urgent care. Pender took us in and had the surgery within 1 day and did a wonderful job. They saved my kitty!!!!!

Yes!!! 5 Star Hospital! Everything is so profesional and a pleasant experience, as usual! Our pet has been treated there with physical routines, dental cleaning, needed surgeries and always with the most dedicated best Doctors and staff, clean and efficient. They even offer complimentary services like ear hair plucking, nail trimming while sedated and free treats and even a finger brush with special paste. 5 star Hospital! Thank you so much from our now 14 years old happy and healthy Schnauzer “Chiquito”.

My only regret is not leaving the other practice sooner! I am so grateful for pendervet. From scheduling,, communications leading up to the appointment, check-in, the kind and thorough techs and docs we’ve had right down to the easy check out in the exam room. I love my menagerie of nervy rescues and going to the vet used to be traumatizing to them and me. . Pendervet seems to have thought of everything to create an easier and calmer experience. We have been at Pender for several years. We switched from a smaller practice that we loved because we had a special dog that liked to have emergencies at the wee hours of the night. The doctors there have always taken great care of our babies, and us when our babies were not well. We usually see Dr. Voell or Dr. Adesso, but when they have not been available, everyone we've seen has been amazing.

Dr. Adesso takes SUCH good care of my cat. She always explains everything and discusses and treatment plans with me and makes sure I know what to do to keep my little Ivy healthy. Everyone who works here is always so kind and so friendly and so helpful. I'm SO glad Ivy gets her care here.

We’ve been taking our family dogs to Pender since 2007. Now that I have two dogs of my own, we still only go to Pender. We’ve received excellent care and wellness services from Pender. Over the last couple of years we have strictly been seen by Dr Voell, and he was so calming and helpful during the pandemic when we were not allowed to come in with our pets. We have been going to Pender for every veterinary need my family has had in the last 30 years. Pender has helped us with all our cats and dogs (even my parents dog that came from Mexico). When we moved from Chantilly to Falls Church, we briefly went to see another clinic closer to home, but came back to Pender for their unique way of treating our fur family.
