Excellent staff!
I've been taking my kitties to Pender since 1991. Yes, they're pricey - BUT they have an onsite lab and pharmacy, so I never have to wait for results. Dr. Voell has been my go-to for a long time, now. I appreciate his concern for my fur kids and my wallet!
Everyone is friendly and helpful, and my pup loves Dr. Flanary. The techs are always kind and accommodating when I explain my pup is leash reactive. I know she is in good hands at Pender!
Dr. Denney and Kayla were wonderful with us and our cat — professional and kind. Highly recommend.
I've been a client of Pender for years and wouldn't trust my pets anywhere else. The level of care and services available are top notch and the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate. Every time someone asks me for a recommendation for a vet I tell them Pender.
I have nothing but great things to say about Pender. I became aware of Pender and it's exotic side originally because of my Guinea Pig. The care that they gave him and the communication that they had with me left me feeling safe for my Teddy ( Guinea pig.) After that when I got my rescue puppy that was the only place I could think of to give him the best vet care. I love how Dr. Young has been helpful in the care of Clark. The staff as well have been polite and always willing to help.
Great staff and overall approach to the patients and their 'parents.' I suggest that the Doctor/Vet sees the patient and acknowledges the 'parents' during the visit, even if it is just for a few minutes. This gesture would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
I love going to Pender and have been going to Pender since the 80's. Dr.Denny and the technician are so good with Lucy. Also very quick...
Excellent. The staff is very helpful and answer my questions thoroughly. The vets are intelligent, caring and responsive.
