Hafsa and Dr. Flanary were polite, informative, and super reassuring! All of my questions were answered and I left feeling in control over my pets health. I have never had such a wholesome experience at the vet. Completely off topic but Hafsas nails were so cool!

We’ve been coming to Pender for well over a decade for our Saint Bernards. Top quality emergency care, including some major surgeries and even a medical mystery over the years. Great care and great staff. Dr. Denny is our go-to, but every Vet, Tech, and front desk rep have been pleasures to work with.

Moose our newly adopted puppy had a great first visit to Pender today with Dr. Flanary. He received a thorough exam and we received great advice and answers to all of our many questions, including some key puppy safety points. Dr Flanary kept answering our questions while great vet tech Christine worked with our puppy for some of the tests and shots. We were able to schedule an appointment for our cat for the same visit. We’ve been coming to Pender for years and highly recommend it.

I recently adopted a cat and brought him in for his very first vet appointment. Dr. Adesso and Samyya were amazing. They answered all my questions and made my little guy feel right at home. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been lucky enough to have consistently great experiences at Pender for both of my animal companions. Dr. Adesso and Mercy were no exception. They were efficient, kind, and clear. Dr. Flanary is fantastic! First time our kitties have seen him since our main vet at Pender retired, but he is our go to from now on. Caring, helpful, and efficient. Can’t ask for me! And Hafsa took great care of our boys, getting them ready for Dr. Flanary and taking care of their blood draw. Another great visit at Pender. They are not inexpensive, but we’ve tried other vet practices in the area and Pender is it for us.

I've been coming here since August with my leopard gecko, and the staff is very patient and helpful! From the moment I walk in the receptionists make you feel welcomed, to the visit with the techs and doctors who are very kind, they all are helpful and understanding. They take their time to explain what is happening and how to handle my Leo. This last visit was difficult and Sasha, tech Stephanie and Dr. Eller really were patient with me and my leo . I'm very thankful for them!

So patient and understanding! The receptionists, nurses and doctors are very friendly. They handled my hedgehog very well and even gave her some treats.
