I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and wasn't looking forward to going back. But I needn't have worried! I felt comfortable, respected, and listened to. All of the staff were very patient with me. They took their time, never pushing me past my comfort zone.
A little longer wait than usual, but very good service. Painless procedure. Overall, well done.

I must say that my experience at the denist has always been tense, anxious and painful. Since I have been a patient of Dr. Tau's that has changed. I maybe a little tense due to prior experince but once I'am in the chair I'am reassured by he and his staff that I will be taken care of - receiving quality care without the hastle of a long waite in the reception area. I'am very pleased with the service and work that I have received here and grateful for releasing me from my fears of going to the dentist. Thank you

I broke my denture and found Dr. Tau and his great office online. I called the office to see if they could get me in and was told to come right over so the problem could be fixed. I have a couple of other problems and Dr. Tau took his time and explained to me my options. I felt very comfortable with the options he gave me and I look forward to having my work completed at his office. The very next day I had the problem corrected. Thanks for all your help.
I appreciate how kind and professional the entire staff is. They are really good at making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explained the dental procedures very well and tried to make you comfortable during them. Thanks!
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately greeted and offered a drink. I was taken back to a comfortable dentist chair and was offered an ipod with my choice of music or cable tv. Everyone I met was friendly and explained every step of my treatment. I was never left alone in the chair and felt I was the only patient in the office. I am ususally useasy (as most people are) in dentist's chairs, but my experience at PCDE made me anything but.
