Very friendly and professional. They did a great job.
LOVED everything about it. I bought dental insurance through Dr Tau and just went for my first of two free cleanings. I never had my teeth cleaned by an actual dental hygienist before and Roxanne was amazing! She really spent time going over my personal oral issues and gave me, literally, the best cleaning of my life. Plus, the complementary paraffin treatment was a really nice surprise! Great facilities too. I never have a problem here and if I do, they fix me right up.
The hygienist , Roxanne is so sweet and pretty. And sooo thin. What a nice,beautiful woman. I heard a woman in the waiting room tell a man how amazing she is. She has to be such an asset! She must have an amazing husband and family. Thanks for a great cleaning. The staff is soo pleasant and the dentist is so nice and easy to listen too. Thx pcde!
If you are a guy this place is easy on the eyes plus being the best dental experience you can find anywhere! Seriously Dr. Tau is the best dentist i have ever been to. Painless needles, comfortable cleanings, high tech dentistry. A+, they get my highest recommendation
Dr. Tau is a fabulous Dentist. People need to understand that when I would go to any Dentist I would hyperventilate and be so upset my heart rate would race ( at least it would feel like it was racing). Not any more. I look forward to seeing Dr. Tau and his staff. No more fears and anxieties. He makes you feel comfortable along with his staff, and there is no pain. ( with the help of Nitrous Oxide). I love coming to this office, instantly I welcomed and feel comfortable. The first time I came I knew that I found my dentist. Having always gone to my family dentist I never knew that there could be such a wonderful, caring and high quality experience. My last appointment they even scheduled me with a hair stylist, where else can you get that kind of care! Love that!
I had an excellent experience at Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence. The customer service was outstanding, as was the patient care, which was refreshing in this day and age! The office was clean and stylish (great magazines and art work enhanced the overall ambiance-yes, this place had lovely ambiance, which is not what I usually expect when visiting a Dentist). Refreshments were offered, and everyone was friendly and kind. It reminded me of a spa in that way. Most importantly: THE APPOINTMENTS WRE ALL ON TIME!
