Longest closing ever for me, and it is a refi with the same lender at a higher rate than my prevoius terms.
Point blank, Ivonne was extremely difficult to work with. Her requests were not clear or precise and on more than one occasion, she would contact us towards the end of business day EST requesting further documents when the business the document is needed from is already closed and/or a Fri and we would then have to wait until Mon to get what was being requested. Great job!
The only complaint I have is the automated emails tell me I needed to do something that was already done. Ivone and Ashley did good work. It is your IT department that needs improvement.
It was super fast and I still got a good rate
Pennymac made the refinance easy and fast. Communication was always open and answered my questions very quickly. Really appreciate Linda and Joel for the help.
I've dealt with PennyMac since 2016 and have never had a bad experience. Ms. Frazier was a pleasure to work with.
