Would have been better if last minute changes wouldn’t have been needed and a full explanation of what was needed during the pre approval process.
I sometimes had to call multiple times to reach Noah and often didn’t receive callbacks when I left messages. However, I do realize and acknowledge that this has been a very busy time for mortgage companies. Noah was probably MUCH busier than usual, so I would still give a 9/10 on the overall experience.
everyone was very friendly, personable and professional. I was always able to get ahold of someone to answer my questions.
More communication between the many people that were involved in my file. LESS people involved in my file.
My bad experience had nothing to do with Chantel Bryant and I support her 100%. We were advised our title and closing documents did not match, but our Notary was confused with how to proceed. There were additional misspelled names and discrepancies that took an inexcusable amount of time!
