Erika was very personable and easy to work with. She explained everything to my satisfaction. She called twice a week with updates. She exceeded my expectations, as I'm used to this process taking 2 months and everything was accomplished in 3 weeks. I appreciated the phone calls with updates.

I sometimes had to call multiple times to reach Noah and often didn’t receive callbacks when I left messages. However, I do realize and acknowledge that this has been a very busy time for mortgage companies. Noah was probably MUCH busier than usual, so I would still give a 9/10 on the overall experience.

My bad experience had nothing to do with Chantel Bryant and I support her 100%. We were advised our title and closing documents did not match, but our Notary was confused with how to proceed. There were additional misspelled names and discrepancies that took an inexcusable amount of time!
