Kristina was a joy to work with! She made the whole process very easy and communicated each step of the process. She was wonderful and I enjoyed working with her.
The only person I worked with who did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing was Amy Vollemer. It is because of her that we kept our loan with pennymac. Everyone else was unprofessional and in my opinion not fit to be in their position.
