It was great. Very professional
Kristina was a joy to work with! She made the whole process very easy and communicated each step of the process. She was wonderful and I enjoyed working with her.
I felt it took to long start to finished
The customer service was really good,.
De’Loria was pleasant to work with, took her time with us and always returned our calls promptly
You were great
The only person I worked with who did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing was Amy Vollemer. It is because of her that we kept our loan with pennymac. Everyone else was unprofessional and in my opinion not fit to be in their position.
Julie was punctual and communicative
Very helpful, and worked with me through the whole process to make sure everything got done correctly and in a timely manner.
