Numerous phone calls about the same closing document, well ahead of when that would be available to us. My agent was requesting closing documents with final numbers the day before closing - we cut it pretty tight. Overall though, Tennille was very pleasant to deal with and we got it done.
Everything went smoothly, clearly communicated and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Pennymac!
