Communication wasn’t the best, closing changed and wasn’t made aware, went out of my way to have a witness here for original closing and wasted my time, gas and money and never even received apology for lack of communication.

Seems like no one was listening to me that my closing disclosure was just wrong. Brandon just sent me canned messages assuming that it was my problem. As soon as someone finally asked my originator about my question, I got a call and we sorted out the issue. Need better listening skills. (and maybe a better signing portal)
