Follow your processes as described to the customer. Your Closing expectations were very clear, you just failed, repeatedly, to meet them. We were ready to close; however, your team failed to provide closing documents prior to the closing appointment, which led to unanswered questions, which led to rescheduling the close - three times.
Katherine Baker is what made the whole experience acceptable. She was very professional and answered my questions as clearly as possible. This was the first time since my husband's death that I have had the full weight of such a loan process on only my shoulders. Katherine made this bearable. Thank you.
