Follow your processes as described to the customer. Your Closing expectations were very clear, you just failed, repeatedly, to meet them. We were ready to close; however, your team failed to provide closing documents prior to the closing appointment, which led to unanswered questions, which led to rescheduling the close - three times.
Katherine Baker is what made the whole experience acceptable. She was very professional and answered my questions as clearly as possible.
