Some of the communications could have been better. It seems emails went to a central inbox so we got responses from individuals other than the loan agent we’d been working with. Our agent would have to later respond and sometimes correct inaccurate information that was provided by someone who had not been involved in the process from the beginning.

Communication is/was the key. Just knowing that “my question(s)” are not hanging out on someone’s voicemail that never gets responded to, or unanswered email or text. Some businesses seem to have a problem utilizing the capabilities of all their devices. Your group seems to have it down. “Customer Relations”, we used to all it.

I loved working with Taylor, she is truly amazing. Right before working with her I had an absolutely horrible experience trying to refinance i was looking into leaving pennymac. But then working with her restored my faith in pennymac and its employees. I actually felt like a person, like I said earlier Taylor is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone!!
