Super easy and stress free process!
We never spoke to a Tatana Prant. On 3/7/2022 Gabriel called and said a Tasha Hoekstra would be our loan specialist and would be calling us with regular updates. We never had any calls or contact from her. We would call our My Mac team with questions and those people were very helpful and I was satisfied with them.
Everyone did there job very well. There are some things that I would have liked more details on but overall it was an easy experience
Excellent experience
Representative estimated that I would recoup closing costs within 36 months. That is NOT, however, what appeared on closing documents.
Title company
The overall process from beginning to closing was a challenge for me. I had a few personal situations going on and didn't think I would be able complete the entire process on time. However, Bethany Montague never gave up on me eventhough I was ready to throw in the towel. I appreciate Bethany Montague's professionalism and understanding. Thank you PennyMac for having a Blessed and dedicated representative!!!!
