Service was easy and the people who worked with us was great
I had issues with the documents uploaded online. I was asked for documents repeatedly that I had already provided. When I emailed the processor about this, I don’t feel I got a timely or accurate response. I was also frustrated with the HELOC issue. It was paid off with The lender and they showed it closed, but I had difficulties with PennyMac agreeing that was the case. I’m glad the process is complete, I felt it was more stressful and disorganized than it should be.
Smooth and simple, assisted along the way as needed. Fast and timely. Fantastic service for a complicated process. I needed to do very little work and your people did everything to make it quick and painless, as well as helping to lower costs.
