very pleasant experience

The automated emails explaining the steps and which step we were in were most helpful. Our initial call with our Loan officer was great but then we never heard from him again despite me sending two emails just to get one question answered. I tried emailing Carissa as well and never did hear back but I know the work was done quickly on the backend so overall we were happy with how smooth and quick the process was.
Everything was great
Travis and Paul were awesome throughout the entire loan process. My questions were answered clearly and concisely and both were available whenever I needed assistance.
Mrs. Palmer was very professional during entire time of the closing. I was very calm and felt comfortable during the closing. I would recommend her to anybody who is interested!
