Quick and easy process from start to close
Process of refinancing was very easy. PennyMac was great throughout the process. We would use them again without question.
Had minimal contact with Ms, Chen. One call was very good, though.
I really like how quickly and fast Chad hodgins the loan officer was responding to me and how clearly he explained the loan process and what to expect on the next steps so when darcel was contacting me it made it go smoother
Brandy was phenomenal in walking us through the entire process. If we needed clarity or just wanted her to answer a question, she was always a phone call away. Even helpful on the weekends and after hours on our time zone. We appreciate the customer service and warm attitude. I’m actually sad I won’t hear from her anymore. Thanks Brandy
