i was incorrectly told that the paperwork i submitted was acceptable, but in fact it was rejected at the final stage of the loan process. i had a 1-year old water test and submitted it as the required water test for this loan. i made my team aware it was a year old and asked if it would meet the requirement. it was "accepted" by the underwriters so i was told by my team it was ok. in the final 2 weeks of the process i was asked to provide a more recent test. this caused an extra $60 charge to me for a rush order from th... read more
My experiences with Pennymac has always exceeded expectations. Loan officers are always pleasant, takes time to answer questions and explain process in detail. Very pleasant experience.
I have worked with PennyMac for several years and I hope to continue to work with this company. The employees are professional, patience, polite and knowledgeable. If I decide to refinance or buy another home I will call PennyMac first.
Ashton was great ....However with the loan officer during the first initial part of refinance I felt as if I was dealing with car salesman...I would get a quote and when I saw the paper work the numbers would be different ...I firmly believe if your going to do the best for me do it right the first time, instead of us going back and forth trying to get me the best deal because I was starting to loose trust in the process and was about to start the process with another company....I really don't know if I would use Penny Mac ... read more
Mr. Green asked for the same documents three times. Sometimes I felt like he didn't review my account prior to calling me.
All documents explained very clear and understandable, I must give rate of 10/10
I decided to go with PennyMac because they won't sell my mortgage. The people at PennyMac were courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very happy.
